Name:Halvo-Carrots in sweet paste
Recipe:
Ingredients:
750 grams carrots, grated
1 liter milk
50 grams nuts or raisins
2 teaspoons ghee (clarified butter)
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
Directions:
Grate carrots. Add to milk and bring to a boil. Add sugar. Cook over low heat until dry (about 25 to 30 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Add ghee and cook another 10 minutes.
Garnish with nuts or raisins and serve hot.
